Marwa Roshdi has over Twenty-three years of experience in the oil and gas & Construction industry.  Formal education includes a DBA. in International Business from AASTMT Maritime.

She has a strong International Business background in Administration field & Project coordination, she contributes to the development of Administration department goals, objectives, and systems, Developing, revising, and building Administration policies and procedures. Marwa has joined and managed a variety of projects in Thailand with (Archi Rodon Construction (Overseas) Co. SA, Taiwan with (Hochtief Ballast Needam Pan Asia JV) and 3 big Oil & Gas companies in Egypt ( Circle Oil , SDX & NPIC ) .  Her experience includes the roles of Commercial Manager & Administration General Manager & Senior project coordinator which it gives her an excellent background on the challenges and opportunities associated with working in Yemen.
